Common questions

How do I know what measurements to take?

Each service has a clear measurement guide. When you click "Add to Order", it shows you exactly what to measure with step-by-step instructions. WhatsApp us a photo if you're unsure.

How much does postage cost?

Return postage is a flat £5.00 per order — regardless of how many items. Order 4 or more service items and return postage is FREE. You pay to send the garment to us.

How long does it take?

We complete alterations within 5 working days of receiving your garment, then return it the same day via tracked post.

What if something doesn't fit right?

If you're not happy, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right — free of charge. We stand behind every alteration.

Can I send multiple garments?

Yes — add all items to one order and send them together. You only pay one postage charge, and 4+ items means postage is completely free.

What if my alteration isn't listed?

WhatsApp us a photo and description — we'll quote you directly. We can handle almost any alteration.
