How much does postage cost?
Return postage is a flat £4.99 per order regardless of how many items. You pay to send the garment to us — we cover the return.
How long does it take?
We complete alterations within 5 working days of receiving your garment, then post it back the same day.
What if something doesn't fit right?
If you're not happy, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right — free of charge. We stand behind every alteration.
Can I send multiple garments?
Yes — add all items to one order and send them together. You only pay one postage charge.
What if my alteration isn't listed?
WhatsApp us a photo and description — we'll quote you directly. We can handle almost any alteration.
